The Phase Stormer 2.0 evolves from a Phase Stormer 1.0 and is an uncommon Wave 1 Velocitron Nanovor.

It’s evolutionary formula is 1V2 – 1V1 – 1V4, and it possesses the following attacks:

  • Windchill (3 Energy)
  • Slip Slash (2 Energy)
  • Ice Storm (3 Energy and 55 damage)

The Phase Stormer 2.0 can also evolve into a Phase Spiker 1.0.
