The Phase Stormer 3.0 is an uncommon Wave 1 Velocitron Nanovor and evolves from a Phase Stormer 2.0. You also need the Hex Grinder 5 badge

Its evolutionary formula is 1V3 – 1V1 – 1V1 – 1V4 and has the following attacks:

  • Psychic Fade ( 2 Energy )
  • Acid Bubble (4 Energy)
  • Disk of Death (3 Energy)
