How To Fix Your Nanoscope – “Oops, there was an error…”

Yes, there is!
First, login to the Nanovor Online Battle Game, OBG. If this is the first time you have logged into the game since October 7th, your Game will go through the updater process, and will end up at v. 1.1.1. After this is done, close the client down, and then restart it and log back in.
Second, connect your Nanoscope to your PC. Then, turn it on. This will signal the Nanovor OBG to go to the Device Manager screen, and then the download & upload process will begin. In this process, the Nanoscope will be updated to the latest version of the firmware, v1.34, and the cause of this problem will be fixed.

The second nanoscope that I have now has a more serious problem with it. then the first problem reported. This is a link to my fathers art site (only way I knew how to get it noticed). http://stephenzxap.deviantart.com/art/nanoscope-140680282 (not trying to promote anything here just trying to get my nanoscope fixed. tried all the necessary fixes but nothing works.
Now the first unit I have has the same problem. Is there any halp?
I suspect the device error 0 has something to do with your USB connection. Maybe your cable or USB port on your nanoscope is damaged somehow. As for the “Oops! There was an error…” message it looks like they have just released firmware version 1.343 which fixed my nanoscope. I was troubleshooting earlier and my nanoscope kept deleting it’s files. I reconnected it to my computer and resynched the nanoscope and deleted the FRM.BBB file and got my nanoscope semi working. I suspect that file was corrupt earlier but seems to be repaired now.

heres the problem with my nanoscope i got jolts but when i put it in to the computer it says i have 0 jolts nd then when i goback to my nanoscope the jolts i earned disapered

i caused my nanoscope an error,on the next day, i tried my nanoscope to the online game it says: jolts uploding complete! and nothing!
when i got my first nanoscope i played it before sync and now it cant upload jolts. can you give me a solution
