One Nanovor that you can count on to give moderate damage to the opponent is Hypertusk 1.0. The best way to use it is in a hitter mid-game, and use the Infection attack. If you want your Hypertusk 1.0 to be one of your quickest Nanovor, use Hyperspeed with it as much as you can. You can build Hypertusk 1.0 up to the point of almost unbeatable, then use it on the opponents who are in the health danger zone to avoid any damage. This guy is also great to put up against Nanovor who are heavily armored. If you find the Armor is too heavy, however, swap out Hypertusk 1.0 for a huge burst of Belch.

Hyper Ripper 3.0 is one that you do not want to mess with. Hyper Ripper 3.0 is so powerful and deals out so much damage that it won’t even matter what kind of Armor the opponent is wearing, odds are against them. This is why you need to save Hyper Ripper 3.0 until the very end of the game if at all possible. The best way to use Hyper Ripper 3.0 is against those opponents who have extremely high health because it takes away so much of it, but there is one thing that Hyper Ripper has that others don’t; swap blocking obsession. Now, if you have some extra energy to use up, bring out Hyper Ripper for a quick Torch, then lock down your opponent so you can send in your quickest dude to land some hits before you are dealt a lot of damage, if any at all. You can use the Energy Bite in order to hand out a ton of damage, but you should only do this if you have an extra 4 EN. Another great asset for heavily armored opponents is the Hyperburrow attack. In order to maximize the damage you can deal, use it with a Red Spike. Hyper Ripper 3.0 will work the best for you when you use it with an Alpha.

Now, if you want to prepare your swarm for damage attacks and allow for escape attempts, the best you can use is Hyper Ripper 2.0. In order to help your swarm avoid damage from the beginning, use Dodge Override as soon as you can. You can keep your opponent from swapping out by using Lockdown, as well. Use Fireplow earlier in the game, because it will cause moderate damage. Because your opponent most likely save his most powerful Nanovor for later in the game, this is the best time to use Lockdown. Because you are locking down the most powerful guys on the opposing team, you will be at a great advantage in the battle.

The Wave 1 Magnamod Family Pack is available now for a limited time only. In this Booster Pack you get alpha Nanovor Electropod 1.0, Tank Walker 1.0, Gamma Stalker 1.0, and Mega Scorpion 1.0 plus 8 EMs. All of it can be yours for 300 Nanocash which, in my opinion, is a heckuva deal. Unfortunately, the Wave 1 Magnamod Nanovor Pack is only available for a limited time, so you must act fast before it’s too late.

Thunderpoid 1.0 is great because it utilizes inexpensive attacks, making it a good Nanovor to begin your game. While it may not attack too strongly, they’re great at saving energy for the more powerful Nanovors, letting them deliver some strong attacks later on. Tangler also makes Thunderpoid 1.0 a great initial Nanovor, as it allows you to swap-block your opponent, which makes conquering them, much easier. Use Thunderpoid 1.0 for some early swap manipulation, building up Energy and delivering light damage. Remember that it can also use a Red Spike to spread some highly effective combo attacks.

Rumble Hound 1.0 is good to use as the battle begins when playing down a Red Spike, as well as using Threatening Growl to add strength. Switch Rumble Hound 1.0 into the middle of a battle and let is deal out damage using Swipe, or to let it deliver a Red Spike. Rumble Hound 1.0 can also deliver its full arsenal of attacks and never have to store Energy. It’s a Nanovor that lets you mentally relax a bit. Use Rumble Hound 1.0 to hold your ground as you quickly reconstruct the strategy you plan on using. No matter when you play Rumble Hound 1.0, it’s a useful Nanovor in multiple situations.

The earlier that you can get Psi Blaster 1.0, the better your game will fare. Once you get 3 Energy, swap in Psi Blaster 1.0 immediately so that you have Think Fast! available, which amps the speed of your swarm by 40 points. Psi Blaster 1.0 is also great to use in combo attacks. In your first round, utilize Psi Zap or lay down a Red Spike prior to switching it out for a stronger Nanovor. Psi Blaster 1.0 also has an excellent health value, which lets you perform all of these attacks as the game progresses.

Hyper Ripper 1.0 is an excellent Nanovor to establish your swarm with. The Hyper Ripper 1.0 can’t build up Energy as it is attacking, so it should be utilized to assist your swarm in conjunction with Red Spike, which will enable your team Energy to increase. You can also use Fireplow, which is an effective attack for a basic Nanovor. Bring out Hyper Ripper 1.0 with 3 Energy and boost Armor by using Hardshell. Any swarm is complemented by Hyper Ripper 1.0, since it brings along a spike ready attack, good damage, and team defense capabilities.

As I’ve been reading through these entries I’ve noticed how often we use analogies to describe the different Nanovor we end up discovering. First thing is they are ALIEN, so from that point on it’s important to choose something that’s familiar to wrap your brain around these extraordinary little beasties. So, exactly what IS Electroshield? Well, turn on the TV in the fall, on a Sunday, and switch it go a football game. Watch for the fan who’s wearing team colors from top to bottom, waving a humongous #1 foam finger, and finishing every sentence with “WOOOOOOOOO!,” and THAT is Electroshield. It’s one of those things that loves going into combat to be able to win one for it’s team. If you happen to lose, there will be no consoling the poor little weird thing. Ah, but when you happen to win? That’s when it is tailgate parties for sure, my friends. If you’re someone who is more into “team spirit” than I tend to be, you and Electoshield should be really happy with each other.

Gamma Fury 2.0 is a blend of the best element of Texas Rangers (not the team, the lawmen!) and King Arthur. This larger, tougher edition of Gamma Fury is a firm believer in justice, truth adn the Nanovor way, and isn’t afraid to sacrifice in order to save others, in battle acting as a tornado of destruction. I wish that I had hundreds of Gamma Fury 2.0s to utilize, but as they say, a good man is hard to find. Any experienced Nanovor battler loves having Gamma Fury 2.0 as part of their swarm – and loathes meeting Gamma Fury 2.0 as an enemy on the battlefield.
