Shock Hornet 2.0 will do serious damage to Nanovor protected by heavy armor. You can either bring it into battle to pierce armor, or use its Poison Mist to melt off enough armor to cause a fair amount of damage. Shock Hornet 2.0′s attacks are effective at almost any stage of the game, but only use Shock and Awe when conditions call for them. For example, when you’re pitted against an extremely fast Nanovor, execute Shock and Awe and discover how much more effective you are when speed isn’t an issue anymore.

Poison Sting – A poison damage attack that costs 2 EN, does 30 DAM, and ignores armor.
Poison Mist – A poison damage attack that costs 2 EN and does 40 DAM; with a Yellow Spike override, the target Nanovor also loses 10 Armor.
Shock and Awe – An attack that costs 2 EN and causes the target Nanovor to lose 30 Speed.

Shock Hornet 1.0 can be played very inexpensively, making it an effective Nanovor. Its Shock Sing ability allows you to deliver 40 points of damage whenever you’d like. You can also use Shock Hornet 1.0 to allow your other Nanovors to converse their Energy by using the Slow Down ability to reduce the speed of your opponent’s swarm, if they seem to be faster than your can handle. The Shock Hornet 1.0 also can be used early on with a Yellow Spike to deal out heavy damage, or perform overrides.
